Rules by sport
- Basic Concepts.
1.1. Gambling Operator / Bookmaker / Bookmaking Company - information about your bookmaker
1.2. Website - the website of the Bookmaker *URL of your website*
1.3. Client / Participant in a game of chance – A natural person who has attained the age of eighteen, engages in a game of chance (wagering/betting), and enters into a risk-based agreement on potential winnings with the gambling operator.
1.4. Bet – Monetary funds provided by the participant in a game of chance to the gambling operator in cash or via payment cards (excluding funds provided to the gambling operator as an interactive wager). These funds constitute a prerequisite for participation in a game of chance in accordance with these Rules.
1.5. Wager – A game of chance in which the outcome of a risk-based agreement on potential winnings, entered into by the participant with the gambling operator, is contingent upon an event whose occurrence is uncertain.
1.6. Line – A catalog of sports competitions specifying the scheduled date and time of their commencement, along with the associated events of uncertain occurrence, the anticipated outcomes of such events, the corresponding odds for these outcomes, details regarding the progression of sports competitions, and the official results of the competitions and events.
1.7. Events – Sports-related occurrences offered by the bookmaker for wagering by a participant in a game of chance, within the framework of an agreement on potential winnings.
1.8. Outcome – The officially determined result of an event.
1.9. Wagering Result – The officially declared outcome of a wager, as determined and announced by the bookmaker, in accordance with the agreement on potential winnings entered into with the participant in a game of chance.
1.10. Winning Odds – A numerical coefficient set by the bookmaker for a specific event outcome, serving as the basis for calculating potential winnings in the event of a confirmed wagering result. The odds for various types of wagers are established through a predetermined calculation method.
1.11. Winnings – Monetary funds that are due for payment or transfer to a participant in a game of chance upon the occurrence of an outcome as prescribed by these Rules.
1.12. Live Betting (In-Play Wagering) – A wagering agreement entered into between the bookmaker and the participant in a game of chance on sporting competitions and their associated events, the outcome of which remains uncertain and which are actively taking place at the moment the wager is placed.
1.13. Suspension of Live Betting Acceptance – The bookmaker reserves the right to suspend the acceptance of live wagers on events due to technical reasons or at its sole discretion. However, all previously placed wagers shall remain valid and will be settled upon the conclusion of the event.
1.14. Void Bet (Bet Cancellation) – A wager deemed null and void, for which no payout of winnings shall be made. Such a wager is considered as never having been placed, and the respective funds shall be refunded to the participant’s account balance unless otherwise stipulated in these Rules.
1.15. Regulation Match Time (or Regular Time) – The officially designated duration of a match as per the governing competition rules for the respective sport, inclusive of any additional time allocated by the referee. Regular time expressly excludes extra time, overtime periods, penalty shootouts, or any other tiebreaking procedures.
- Rules for Accepting Bets
2.1. Bets are accepted based on the valid Line displayed on the website at the time the wager is placed.
2.2. Unless otherwise stipulated in these Rules, wagers are accepted exclusively for the regular time.
2.3. Wagers must be placed before the commencement of the event, except for Live bets, which are accepted for events taking place in real time. By placing a Live bet, the player confirms that they are unaware of the outcome of the event on which the wager is placed.
2.4. All disputes concerning bet settlements (e.g., incorrect bet calculation, unsettled wagers) must be submitted within 30 days from the conclusion of the event.
2.5. The bookmaker reserves the right to modify the Line at any time, including adjustments to winning odds, handicap and total values, express bet limits, and maximum bet amounts. However, the conditions of wagers placed before such modifications remain unchanged.
2.6. The bookmaker determines the minimum and maximum bet amounts for all sporting events and may amend these limits without prior written notice.
2.7. Any bet, including a Live bet, placed on an event where the outcome is already known at the time of the wager shall be deemed invalid, refunded, and excluded from express bets.
2.8. All pre-match bets placed after the start of the event shall be settled with odds of 1.0.
2.9. The bookmaker endeavors to provide accurate and timely information but shall not be held liable for its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Errors in event details shall not serve as grounds for wager cancellation, except where such errors result in incorrect odds (e.g., evident typographical mistakes, discrepancies between odds and the actual event score), in which case the bookmaker reserves the right to void affected wagers.
2.10. The player bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of their wagers and must verify all details before placing a bet. Once a wager is placed and confirmed, it cannot be altered or canceled by the player. All bet details are displayed on the screen, requiring the player to enter their password to confirm acceptance before the bet is finalized. No subsequent amendments shall be permitted.
2.11. Technical failures or communication disruptions on the player’s end shall not constitute grounds for bet cancellation if the wager has been registered on the bookmaker’s server.
2.12. The bookmaker reserves the right to declare repeated winning wagers on the same event outcome(s) invalid, even if placed at different odds. Such bets shall be settled with odds of 1.0 if they exceed the bookmaker’s prescribed maximum bet limits.
2.13. If a bet is canceled, a refund shall be issued for single wagers. In express bets and system bets, the winnings calculation shall exclude canceled wagers.
2.14. In cases of incorrect bet settlements (e.g., due to erroneously entered event results), such wagers shall be recalculated. Bets placed between the incorrect settlement and the recalculation shall remain valid. If, after recalculation, the player’s balance is negative, they shall be required to replenish their account before placing further wagers.
2.15. A bet shall be deemed void if it was placed on an event with a known outcome (i.e., the event has concluded, but the result has not yet been updated in the system).
- Rules for Winnings Allocation
3.1. Winnings on settled wagers shall be credited immediately after the official announcement of event results on the relevant official websites.
3.2. The bookmaker reserves the right to declare a wagering agreement null and void (including agreements entered into before or after the commencement of an event), to refuse to fulfill its obligations under such an agreement (including withholding the payment of any winnings), or to deny the refund of any placed bet if:
- The bookmaker becomes aware that the wagering agreement, bet, or winnings relate to the outcome of an event:
a) in which the Client participates as an athlete;
b) in which the Client is the owner, coach, official, or player of a participating sports club;
c) for which the wagering agreement was entered into by the Client on behalf of a person mentioned in subparagraphs (a) or (b) of this clause.
This rule shall apply regardless of when the bookmaker becomes aware that the Client falls under one of the aforementioned categories.
- If the bookmaker has reasonable grounds to suspect that an event was influenced by dishonest sporting conduct or that dishonest sporting conduct has affected the outcome of an event on which the Client and the bookmaker entered into a wagering agreement, the bookmaker reserves the right to deem the wager (in whole or in part) as questionable. In such cases, the settlement and payout of winnings related to such a wager shall be suspended until the completion of an investigation.
- If the investigation establishes the occurrence of dishonest sporting conduct in an event or its impact on the event's outcome, the bookmaker shall have the right to refuse the refund of the bet and the payment of winnings to the Client related to such an event. Furthermore, the bookmaker may deny the
Client the ability to enter into future wagering agreements.
- A wager shall be deemed invalid if it is determined that:
a) A single Client holds multiple gaming accounts (multi-registration, multi-accounting), including accounts registered under different personal details. The bookmaker does not recommend that two or more Clients place bets from the same IP address (device, local network);
b) A Client uses the personal details of other individuals, including family members, to register new gaming accounts;
c) Bets are placed by a group of Clients acting in collusion to circumvent restrictions imposed by the bookmaker;
d) The Client is suspected of using any software that automates the betting process;
e) The gaming account is used for arbitrage betting purposes.
- Special conditions for bet settlement
4.1. The date and time of an event as indicated in the Line are for informational purposes only. Incorrectly stated dates, times, or additional details (such as tournament status, stage, or first-match score) shall not constitute grounds for wager cancellation. If an event takes place earlier or later than the announced date, wagers on such an event shall be settled in the standard manner, provided they were placed before the actual commencement of the event.
4.2. If a match that has not yet commenced is postponed for more than 24 hours, all wagers shall be refunded at odds of 1.0.
4.3. If a match is interrupted and not completed within 24 hours from the moment of suspension, all wagers shall be refunded at odds of 1.0, except where bet outcomes have already been determined at the time of suspension. An interrupted match shall be considered valid, and wagers on it shall stand if the following minimum playing time has been completed:
- Football – 80 minutes (or 80% of game time for non-standard formats);
- Basketball – 35 minutes for 40-minute matches, 40 minutes for 48-minute matches;
- Hockey – 50 minutes;
- American football – 50 minutes;
- Baseball – 5 innings;
- 3x3 basketball – at least 80% of game time or if at least one team has scored 16 points;
- Other sports – at least 80% of game time.
An exception applies if the score is tied at the time of suspension in sports where a draw is not permitted by regulations (e.g., basketball, baseball, American football). In such cases, the event shall be deemed void, and all wagers shall be refunded at odds of 1.0, except for those where the outcome was determined before the suspension.
4.4. The bookmaker settles wagers based on the official results of the event. If no official results are available, the bookmaker reserves the right to use independent third-party sources to determine the event’s outcome.
In the event of disputes, discrepancies between different sources, or apparent errors, the bookmaker shall have the final authority to determine the results for bet settlement purposes.
4.5. If there are grounds to believe that a wager was placed after the outcome of the event became known or after a selected player/team gained a significant advantage (e.g., a lead in the score, a substitution, or a player’s removal), the bookmaker reserves the right to void such a wager (i.e., issue a refund), regardless of whether it was winning or losing.
4.6. When settling wagers on live events, the bookmaker relies on its own data regarding the actual progress of the game. If, for any reason (e.g., loss of broadcast, unavailability of results from information sources), the event results cannot be determined, such events shall be settled at odds of 1.0.
4.7. If a player’s balance becomes negative due to a recalculation of wagers resulting from an incorrect event result, their account shall be blocked until they deposit an amount equal to or greater than the negative balance. If the player fails to rectify the balance, the bookmaker reserves the right to refuse further wager acceptance from that player. Wagers placed before the recalculation shall remain valid.
- Types of Bets
The bookmaker offers the following types of wagers on events:
5.1. “Single” Bet – A wager placed on the predicted outcome of a single event.
The winnings for a single bet are calculated by multiplying the wager amount by the predetermined odds assigned to the selected outcome.
5.2. “Express” Bet – A wager that simultaneously predicts the outcomes of multiple independent events.
The winnings for an express bet are determined by multiplying the wager amount by the express odds, which are obtained by multiplying the odds of all individual outcomes included in the express bet. Any combination of unrelated event outcomes across different sports may be included in an express bet. An express bet is considered successful only if all included events are predicted correctly. If even one outcome is incorrect, the entire wager is deemed lost.
The maximum odds for an express bet are 2000.
5.3. “System” Bet – A wager that consists of a full combination of express bets of equal size, as selected by the player.
The winnings for a system bet are the total sum of the winnings from the express bets included in the system.
The maximum odds for a system bet are 2000.
5.4. “Bet Builder” – A special type of wager that allows the participant to combine multiple predictions for a single event. The system automatically considers the interdependence of selected outcomes and adjusts the odds based on the probability of all outcomes occurring simultaneously.
Principles of Bet Builder Functioning:
- Combination of outcomes: The participant may select multiple different outcomes within a single event (e.g., total goals, first-half result, and match winner).
- Consideration of interdependencies: If the selected outcomes are correlated (e.g., a team's victory and its individual total goals exceeding a certain threshold), the system adjusts the odds accordingly.
- Winnings calculation: The winnings for a Bet Builder wager are calculated by applying the adjusted odds to the wager amount.
If one of the selected outcomes is settled as a refund at odds of 1.0, the entire Bet Builder wager shall be settled as a refund at odds of 1.0.
Restrictions:
- Conflicting outcomes cannot be combined within a Bet Builder wager.
- The maximum odds for a Bet Builder wager are 1000.
- The maximum number of outcomes within a single event is 6.
Example:
A user selects two outcomes for a football match:
- Total goals over 3.5.
- Team 1 to win.
- The system calculates the odds, considering the probability of both conditions being met simultaneously.
- Types of Wagers
All of the wager types listed below may be offered on both goals and other statistical indicators (e.g., yellow cards, corner kicks, shots on goal, fouls, etc.). For wagers based on statistical indicators, the number of selected events (e.g., total yellow cards, corner kicks, shots on goal) is considered instead of match goals.
6.1. Match Winner (1X2). A wager on the outcome of the match:
1 – Victory of the first team.
X – Draw.
2 – Victory of the second team.
6.2. Double Chance. A wager on two out of three possible match outcomes:
1X – Victory of the first team or a draw.
X2 – Victory of the second team or a draw.
12 – Victory of either team (no draw).
6.3. Total Goals. A wager on the total number of goals in a match:
- Over (TB) – The number of goals will exceed the specified value.
- Under (TM) – The number of goals will be lower than the specified value.

6.5. Individual Total Goals. A wager on the number of goals scored by a specific team:
- Over (TB) – The team will score more than the specified number of goals.
- Under (TM) – The team will score fewer than the specified number of goals.
6.6. Odd/Even Total. A wager on whether the total number of goals in a match will be odd or even:
- Even – The total number of goals will be even (0, 2, 4, 6, etc.).
- Odd – The total number of goals will be odd (1, 3, 5, 7, etc.).
6.7. Minute-Based Outcome. A wager on the current match result at a specific minute:
P1 – The first team is leading at the specified minute.
X – A draw at the specified minute.
P2 – The second team is leading at the specified minute.
(Example: P1 at the 15th minute, X at the 60th minute.)
6.8. Win to Nil. A wager on whether a team will win the match without conceding a goal:
- Yes – The team wins without conceding a goal.
- No – The team concedes at least one goal or does not win.
6.9. Total and Both Teams to Score. A wager on both the total goals in the match and whether both teams will score:
Example:
- Both Teams to Score + Over 2.5 – Yes: The wager wins if both teams score and the total is over 2.5.
- Both Teams to Score + Over 2.5 – No: The wager wins if at least one of the conditions is not met (either both teams do not score or the total is under 2.5).
6.10. Match Result and Both Teams to Score. A wager on both the match result and whether both teams will score:
Example:
- P1 and Both Teams to Score – Yes: The wager wins if Team 1 wins and both teams score.
- P1 and Both Teams to Score – No: The wager wins if either Team 1 does not win or at least one team fails to score.
- 1X and Both Teams to Score – Yes: The wager wins if both teams score and the match ends in a draw or Team 1 wins.
- 1X and Both Teams to Score – No: The wager wins if at least one condition is not met (both teams do not score or Team 2 wins).
6.11. Match Result and Total Goals. A wager on both the match result and the total number of goals:
Example:
- P1 and Over 1.5 – Yes: The wager wins if Team 1 wins and the total is over 1.5.
- P1 and Over 1.5 – No: The wager wins if at least one of the conditions is not met (Team 1 does not win or the total is under 1.5).
- 2X and Over 1.5 – Yes: The wager wins if the total is over 1.5 and the match ends in a draw or Team 2 wins.
- 2X and Over 1.5 – No: The wager wins if at least one condition is not met (the total is under 1.5 or Team 1 wins).
- Sport-Specific Betting Rules
Wagers on outcomes not explicitly covered in these sport-specific rules shall be settled in accordance with general betting principles.
Football
Wagers on football matches are accepted based on regular time (including added time), unless explicitly stated otherwise. Added time is considered part of regular time and is recorded as the 45th minute for the first half and the 90th minute for the second half. Extra time (overtime) is excluded from settlement calculations. Goals, substitutions, and other events occurring during added time are considered part of regular time.
For tournaments where extra time or a penalty shootout is required in case of a draw, as well as for matches where qualification to the next round is determined by the aggregate score of two or more legs, the bookmaker offers the "Who will advance to the next round" wagering option.
In youth team matches and friendly games, wagers may be settled based on the official result recorded by the referee, even if regular time (90 minutes) was not fully completed.
- First Goal Scorer. If the first goal is an own goal, wagers are settled based on the second goal scorer. If all goals in the match are own goals, the "No Goals" selection is considered the winning wager unless otherwise specified. Wagers on players who were substituted or sent off before the first goal are considered lost. If the player did not participate in the match or entered the field after the first goal, wagers on that player are void and refunded at odds of 1.0. If the first goal is scored by a player for whom no odds were offered, all wagers on other players are considered lost. If the match ends 0:0, all first goal scorer wagers are lost.
- Last Goal Scorer. If the last goal is an own goal, the scorer of the previous goal is considered the last goal scorer. If all goals in a match are own goals, the "No Goals" selection is considered the winning wager unless otherwise specified. All players who participated in the match are eligible for last goal scorer wagers, regardless of whether they were on the field at the time of the last goal. If the player did not participate in the match, wagers on that player are void and refunded at odds of 1.0. If the last goal is scored by a player for whom no odds were offered, all wagers on other players are considered lost.
- Player to Score a Goal. The wager is settled based on whether the selected player scores a goal in the match. Own goals do not count. If the player does not enter the field, wagers on that player are void and refunded at odds of 1.0.
- Goal in Interval (e.g., 1st–11th minute). The wager wins if a goal is scored between 0:00 and 10:59. If a goal is scored at 11:00, it is considered to have been scored in the 12th minute.
- First Goal Before a Specific Minute (e.g., First Goal Before 15th Minute). The wager wins if a goal is scored before 14:59. If a goal is scored at 15:00, the wager loses, as the goal is considered to have been scored in the 16th minute.
- Yellow Card Wagering. In wagers related to the number of yellow cards, red card ejections are not included. If a player is sent off after receiving two yellow cards, only one yellow card is counted in the statistics. Cards shown to substitutes, coaches, or other non-playing staff are not counted. Cards issued after the final whistle are not counted. Cards shown during halftime are considered issued in the second half.
- Corner Kick Wagering. Only executed corner kicks count. Awarded but unexecuted corners do not count. If a corner is canceled and re-awarded, it is counted only once, unless otherwise specified.
- Time of Next Goal. The wager is based on predicting the time interval in which the next goal will be scored. Goals scored in added time are considered part of the final interval of the half.
- Substitutions. The wager is based on predicting the total number of substitutions in a match. Substitutions made at halftime are considered second-half substitutions.
- Shots Hitting the Post/Crossbar. Only shots that hit the post or crossbar and remain in play are counted. Shots that hit the post/crossbar and go out of play or result in a goal are not counted.
- Shots on Target. Shots that hit the post or crossbar are not considered shots on target. Blocked shots are not considered shots on target.
- Total Shots. The wager includes shots on target, off-target shots, and blocked shots.
- Statistical Wagering Settlements. Wagers on statistical indicators may take up to 2 hours to be settled after the match concludes.
- Wagering Lines on Specific Goal Intervals. Wagers on "Goal in Interval," "Time of First Goal," "Team to Score First/Last Goal Before a Certain Minute" are settled based on added time, unless otherwise specified.
- Penalty Awarded (Yes/No). The wager is settled based on whether a penalty is awarded in the match. Awarded but unexecuted penalties do not count.

- Header – Wins if the last touch before the goal was made with the head (own goals do not count).

- No Goal – Wins if no goal is scored within the specified wagering timeframe.
- Half with More Goals. A wager on which half will have the highest number of goals:

Wagers on a player shall be considered void and refunded at odds of 1.0 if the player did not participate in the match.
- Most Productive Quarter. A wager on which quarter will have the highest number of points scored. If it is not possible to determine a single most productive quarter (if two or more quarters end with the same highest score), wagers on those quarters shall be settled at odds of 1.0, while all other selections shall be considered lost. Points scored in overtime shall not be included in the total for the 4th quarter.
- Most Productive Half. A wager on which half of the match will have the highest total points scored. If both halves of the match end with the same total score, wagers shall be settled at odds of 1.0. Points scored in overtime shall not be included in the total for the 2nd half.
- Who Will Win Both Halves. A wager on whether a team will win both halves based on points scored. If the selected outcome is "No", the wager shall be considered a winning selection if the team does not win at least one of the halves. Points scored in overtime shall not be included in the total for the 2nd half.
- Who Will Win the First Half and the Match. A wager on whether a team will win both the first half and the entire match, including overtime. If the selected outcome is "No", the wager shall be considered a winning selection if at least one of the two conditions is not met (the team does not win either the first half or the full match).
- Winning by Quarters. A wager on which team will win the most quarters based on points scored. Points scored in overtime shall not be included in the total for the 4th quarter.
- First Foul / Total Fouls. Only personal fouls committed against players on the court shall be considered for settlement. Technical fouls assessed against coaches, team officials, or players on the bench shall not be included in settlement calculations.
- First Rebound. A wager on which team will secure the first rebound of the match.

- If a match has started but is not completed, all wagers on that match shall be void and refunded at odds of 1.0, except in cases where the outcome of a wager had already been determined before the match was stopped.
- A wager on the Most Productive Period is placed on which period will have the highest number of goals scored. If a single most productive period cannot be determined (if two or more periods end with the same highest number of goals), wagers on those periods shall be void and refunded at odds of 1.0, while all other selections shall be considered lost.
Ice Hockey
- "Most Productive Period – 1" - The 1st period has more goals scored than the 2nd or 3rd periods.

If the first goal is scored by a player for whom no odds were offered, all wagers on other players shall be considered lost. If the match ends 0:0, all first goal scorer wagers shall be lost.
- A wager on the Last Goal Scorer is settled based on the player who scores the final goal in the match. All players who participated in the match are considered potential last goal scorers, regardless of whether they were on the ice at the time of the last goal. If the last goal is scored by a player for whom no odds were offered, all wagers on other players shall be considered lost.

- A wager on First Goal Before a Specific Minute (e.g., First Goal Before 15th Minute) wins if a goal is scored before 14:59. If a goal is scored at 15:00, the wager loses, as the goal is considered to have been scored in the 16th minute.
- If a typographical error occurs in a player's initials in the match line (e.g., Novak D. instead of Novak J.), this shall not be considered grounds for wager cancellation, and the wager shall remain valid.
Baseball
- Wagers on baseball matches are accepted including all potential extra innings, unless otherwise specified.
- Wagers shall remain valid if the match is concluded early in accordance with the competition regulations (e.g., due to a significant lead by one team) or if the number of innings has been reduced.
- If a baseball match does not commence at the scheduled time and its postponement is confirmed on the official website, wagers shall remain valid only if the match is rescheduled within less than 24 hours. Otherwise, all wagers on the match shall be void and refunded at odds of 1.0.
- If a match is suspended and resumed within 24 hours, wagers shall remain valid until the game is completed.
